DHCP Issues in SCVMM 2012 sp1 rollup 2

Hello, I need some assistance with the following. 

  I cannot get DHCP in SCVMM 2012 sp1 to work on a VM Network that was setup with "No Isolation"   I can however get it to work when I chose the  "Isolated" option on the VM network setup.   Am I missing something obvious.   Hopefully someone else has had this issue. 

Logical switch is defined and applied to host. I see the subnet in the host hardware configuration when on "Isolated" network is chosen but not for "No Isolation"
